These experts have exposure in the Olympics, Asian Games, Commonwealth Games and regional sports events like the Southeast Asian Games, West Asian Games and the East Asian Games.


A number of these professionals have also managed several big name events as an independent provider.

 

 

Ramon Suzara (PHI)

His name is synonymous to the Asian Beach Games. He successfully steered both editions of the Asian Beach Games (Bali, Indonesiai in 2008 and Muscat , Oman in 2010). He has over 25 years of involvement in both local and international sports and the cultural communities has made him a well-rounded event consultant. He was a former Administrator of the PSC-Philsports Complex and was many-time member of the POC-PSC Task Force (Southeast Asian Games, Asian Games and Olympics) among other pertinent tasks he took on during his work with the Philippine Sports Commission. He resently holds Chairmanship over the Development & Marketing Committee of the Asian Volleyball Confederation and a member of the FIVB Development Commission.

 

 

Ariel Paredes (PHI)

He is a well-known sports event organizer in the Philippines and Indonesia. He jump-started the now very-well attended Bali International Marathon in Indonesia. An events planning and risk management expert also experienced in Competition Management. Ariel has been part of the Philippine Sports Commission for many years before moving on to big international projects such as the 1st Asian Beach Games Bali 2008 and 2nd Asian Beach Games Muscat 2010. He was one of the three SportsCore team members who played a big part in the operations of the Athletes' Village in Palembang, Indonesia for the 26th Southeast Asian Games.

 

 

Ginio Panganiban (PHI)

Higinio Panganiban is an experienced venue operations manager and event development consultant.  He handled the operational planning and integration of all competition venues in the 1st and 2nd Asian Beach Games - contributing immensely in the functional design of all competition venues. He has also worked as venue protocol manager during the 16th Asian Games in Doha, Qatar. His past work experiences included being a consultant for 26th Southeast Asian Games Athletes' Village administrative services in Palembang, Indonesia, deputy secretary general of the ASEAN Paralympiad in Manila, consultant for sectoral sports, venue operations manager and venue manager of the Philippine Sports Commission and various international events.

 

 

Ian Laurel (PHI)

A practicing doctor and an in-demand sports commentator. Ian can be seen on television as a volleyball commentator at local leagues such as the UAAP and Shakey's V-League. He is presently the Public Relations Officer of the Philippine Volleyball Federation and holds officership and positions in several sports leagues and associations.

A practicing and high-profile lawyer in the Philippines, Leng's experience in the legal profession had great influence in organizing a systematic workforce mobilization during the 2nd Asian Beach Games in Muscat, Oman. With her support, the Organizing Committee was able to hire hundreds of individuals who are qualified for the different positions in the organization.

Anna Tomas is a sports information specialist based in Manila, Philippines. Having worked as a volleyball specialist at the 2006 Asian Games and 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, she currently serves as a press writer and press delegate for FIVB and AVC Competitions. She also worked as integration manager at the Planning and Coordination Office of the 2nd Asian Beach Games in Muscat, Oman. She has also written published feature articles for FIVB VolleyWorld and Volleyball USA Magazine. She specializes in Sports Events/Games planning and operations, press operations, sports research and sports writing.

Arsenic Lacson (PHI)

Arsenic Lacson has been involved in sports and events management for over 22 years. He served as senior officer of the Philippine Sports Commission and Administrative Officer/Special Projects Coordinator of the Amateur Boxing Association of the Philippines. As an international sports official, he has traveled with the Philippine Delegation in many international events. Arsenic also served as special assistant to the Presidential Assistant for Youth and Sports and was appointed Officer-in-Charge of the Manila Sports Council. It was in 2006 when Arsenic jump started his career as an international sports expatriate at the Asian Games in Doha. Later on, he helped steer both editions of the Asian Beach Games in Bali and Muscat before his most recent stint at the 26th SEA Games.

 

 

Raul Alcantara (PHI)

Dr. Raul Alcantara is well-experienced in clinical, academic and administrative tasks to support local, national and international sports agencies. He recently served as a Medical Services Head at the Arab Games in Doha, Qatar. Dr. Raul has a long list of experience when it comes to medical services in sports due to his affiliation with the Philippine Sports Commission and various Games organizing committees abroad. He is a certified Doping Control Ofiicer. He is also a lecturer at one of the biggest universities in the Philippines, the University of Santo Tomas.

A sports enthusiast and natural leader. He has good knowledge on sports administration and management which he provides for National Sports Associations. He is an accreditation specialist who helped accreditation operations in the Southeast Asian Games and the Asian Beach Games.He was also an administrative officer at the Philippine Olympic Committee.

 

 

Malyn Bamba (PHI)

As Sports Services program manager, she had supervised the daily operations of 4 sections under the program which deals mainly with customer service and interface, publication and information. Her clients are top ranking officials from the International and Asian Sports Federations, Technical Delegates and officials as well as athletes. She has been involved in the formulation of plans, strategies and programs for the whole organization.

 

 

Helen Domingo (PHI)

Helen performed a key role in the formulation of the 1st Asian Beach Games Master Plan. She is a former Sports and Games Regulation Officer with 15 years experience. She also worked as legislative liaison to the House of Congress on the Committee of Sports, Games and Amusement. She joined the Philippine team delegation as POC-PSC Task Force in various international competitions and represented the Philippine Sports Commission in the Asean School Sports. She supported and actively participated in the development of a countryside sports development program and the launching of the Philippine Institute of Sports (PSC-Philsports).

 

 

Kyle Principe (PHI)

Kyle has over 10 years of exposure in sporting events such as volleyball and baseball. She is a profcient writer for over 10 years for various media including TV, film, web, and now, in sports. Kyle was a sports information specialist for Xinhua News Agency at the Universiade 2011 in Shenzhen, China, and for Infostrada Sports at the 2nd Asian Beach Games 2011 in Muscat, Oman. Kyle currently serves as a press delegate for the Asian Volleyball Confederation. She has experience in team management, multiple projects handling and project management from various industries as well as analyzing business requirements and performing functional approaches related to busines operations.

Taufiq is sportsman to the core, he is the Deputy Secretary General of the International Sepaktakraw Federation on top of being involved in the organization of a number of high profile sports events. His stints in the 2006 Asian Games in Doha, Qatar and the 1st and 2nd Asian Beach Games in Indonesia and Oman, honed his skills in handling Competition Management as well as Venue Planning and Management.

 

 

Hollis Kosco (USA)

Hollis comes to SportsCORE with 16 years of experience in the sports management/operations field. She began her career in the sports industry while working for the 1996 Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games (ACOG) and continued with the Olympic Games Movement working for the National Broadcast Company (NBC) during the Sydney 2000 Olympics. Continuing her passion for the Games, she was involved in the Athens 2004 Samsung Olympic Torch Relay Project, the organizing committees of Doha 2006 Asian Games, Beijing 2008 Olympics, Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics, Muscat 2010 Asian Beach Games. She is now currently working for the London 2012 Olympic Games.

A seasoned Games organizer who has worked at the 2012 Australian Open Tennis, 2011 Beach Soccer Asian Qualifier, 2nd Asian Beach Games Muscat 2010, Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics, France 2007 Rugby World Cup, Doha 2006 Asian Games, and the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games. Magaly has a diverse knowledge and extensive experience in event management from conception through to delivery specializing in major international sporting and corporate events. Magaly is truly an asset in sports event management because of her highly developed leadership, staff management, interpersonal and communication skills, and her ability to liaise and negotiate on all levels.

Laily has ten years experience in client services. Although she only has 4 years working experience in the sports industry, that does not fall short of the excellent service that she had provided for the high-profile sports events that she has been involved with. She was part of the successful management team that ran the NOC Services Center & NOC Business Center at the 2nd Asian Beach Games Muscat 2010 Headquarters Hotel. In the past couple of years, Laily strengthened her relations with the various National Olympic Committees because of her stints at the Southeast Asian Games in Jakarta and the Asian Beach Games in Bali and Muscat.
